Our Place in Houston

Our community is aptly named after the two major thoroughfares, East Little York and Homestead, which serve as our primary arteries and divide the area into distinct quarters. This geography fosters unique neighborhood identities while maintaining a cohesive community structure. Our location provides residents with a unique blend of suburban tranquility and convenient access to the broader Houston metropolitan area.

Development Character

A key feature of our area is the minimal presence of commercial or industrial development. This has allowed us to preserve a peaceful, residential character defined by tree-lined streets, community parks, and family-friendly neighborhoods. Educational Community

We are proud to be part of the North Forest ISD community, serving families with school-age children throughout our neighborhoods.
